RETURNS POLICY

All items are checked before dispatch, please contact me within 3 days if your item is damaged during transit.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, goods must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with your sales receipt, within 7 days.  Please contact me if you experience any problems with your purchase, as no responsibility  for receipt of returned goods is accepted unless posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  A refund or exchange (less P&P) will only be made under these conditions.  Commissioned items cannot be returned, nor can earrings for pierced ears unless they are faulty.
